5 years ago I made a big choice, I hired a mentor for the first time.<\/p>\n

I was already teaching yoga and offering private sessions, plus I was running my first women\u2019s circles, but somehow I felt stuck.<\/p>\n

I wasn\u2018t serving my clients in the way that felt aligned and successful for either of us.<\/p>\n

I was exhausted running from one yoga studio to the next and I felt frustrated with one time sessions, because all we did was touch the tip of the iceberg.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the same time it felt hard to put myself out there to fill up my women’s groups.<\/p>\n

I knew I had everything\u00a0 it takes to change the lives of thousands of women but I couldn\u2018t bring the parts of my gifts together in a way that let me reach their hearts and wombs.<\/p>\n

Making the choice to work with a mentor over a long term period felt super scary, completely nuts to be honest.<\/p>\n

It was a big stretch for me personally but also financially.<\/p>\n

Even though I knew I needed that support more than anything else, my mind found lots of excuses to not do it …<\/strong><\/p>\n

I can do it all myself.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t have the money.<\/p>\n

What if this doesn\u2018t work out and I bankrupt myself?<\/p>\n

What if I have to push myself and eventually burn out again?<\/p>\n

I had just arrived in Bali. I had hardly collected the pieces of my broken heart and life. I had lived mainly on my savings for the past few months.<\/p>\n

In fear I called my parents and asked them for the first time in my life if they would have my back in case I fucked it up. But they said, no.<\/p>\n

That was the moment I clearly knew I could only change the pattern I had been running all my life if I finally offered myself the possibility of a new experience and said YES to myself.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I had to collect my own self-worth, courage and trust to jump without a safety net.<\/p>\n

And guess what, I was rewarded with more than I could have ever imagined.<\/p>\n

The same principle applies for every aspect of our lives: love, sex or business.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t love yourself or your body, if you do not experience the pleasure or orgasms you would like, if your relationship feels difficult because of a lack of intimacy or you are frustrated in your work or you just know underneath it all there is way more for you, then you need support to change.<\/p>\n

Playing with old tools isn\u2018t going to get you to where you want to be, or perhaps just as importantly, to how you want to feel from inside.<\/p>\n

I know from all the work I have done with women in the last 5 years that you need someone who takes your hand and guides you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A good mentor shows you a different approach, sees your shadows, helps you to move through resistance, gives you permission again and again and sees and believes in you even if you don\u2019t.<\/p>\n

So the question is \u2026 are you ready to jump?<\/p>\n
